"I have used this product for about three weeks. I do not use a lot of hair products or heat to my hair but I do feel like it is helping to get my scalp cleaner. I will keep using it and decide if I want to continue using it. A little goes a long way, that's for sure."

"I wanted to pass along my experience with one of your products I received in a mystery boxfrom verb. com. When I washed (with Verb Ghost shampoo) out the Verb exfoliator as instructed, my scalped burned and large chunks of hair came out with it. It took 3 days for the pain to leave my scalp. And while I normally do loose some hair in each shampooing, this was almost 10x as much as I typically lose. I’m very disappointed with the product, but more importantly concerned for others who may experience the same thing."
