Refund policy

We stand behind the quality of our products. We believe that we can work together with our customers to make every purchase a positive experience. In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, have received a defective item or have any general concerns about your order, please follow the guidelines outlined in our return and refund policy below.


Terms and Conditions for Products Purchased Online:


For defective items


If a product purchased on the E-Store is defective, the customer shall contact Verb’s Online Customer Service via email at info@verbproducts.com within five (5) days of receipt of product. In order to process the outreach, the customer shall provide a detailed description of the defect, pictures (if possible) and a receipt or website order number. Verb will replace the defective item or item’s part (i.e. pump) at no charge. Verb reserves the right to request any defective products from the customer in order to further investigate the defects in question.


Not satisfied with the product


If a customer is unsatisfied with a purchase made on the E-Store, the customer shall contact Verb’s Online Customer Service via email at info@verbproducts.com, within thirty (30) days of receipt of product. Verb will offer the customer either (i) a replacement product, (ii) E-Store credit, or (iii) a refund. The store credit or refund will be in the total amount of the product excluding shipping charges and taxes. In order to process any store credit, refund or replacement request, the customer shall provide a receipt or website order number and confirm any personal information necessary. Verb reserves the right to request  any products from the customer that are deemed unsatisfactory.


For missing or incorrect items in an order


If a customer received incorrect items in their order or does not receive the product(s) purchased, the customer shall contact Verb’s Online Customer Service via email at info@verbproducts.com within (14) days of receipt of the order. Verb will send out the correct products immediately and reserves the right to request the product(s) sent in error.


Returning online orders to a store location:


You may not return online orders to any store locations that sell Verb products. For returns of products purchased from salons or authorized retailers, please see our In-store Return Policy below.


Items non-eligible for returns or replacements:



  • Gift cards


  • Products damaged through normal wear and tear (non-manufacturer’s defects)


  • Shipping or delivery charges


  • Gift with purchase (GWP) and promotion items


  • Products purchased in store (at salons or an authorized retailer)

For defective items


If a product purchased from a salon or retailer is defective, the customer shall contact the place of purchase to request a return or exchange. Verb does not accept any returns or offer any exchanges for defective products purchased outside of the official Verb E-Store. Returns and exchanges will remain at the discretion of the place of purchase.
