Many textured hairstyles look best on day 2 or 3 so opt for dry shampoo. Apply to roots to give a volume boost and de-grease, then style hair and spritz with a texture spray. If styling with a textured braid, spritz with sea spray before braiding to give hair some grip.
The most wonderful time of year for volume:
Choose your style and plan ahead so you can wash with volume shampoo and conditioner for that extra lift before styling. Spritz damp hair generously with volume spray, and then blow dry upside down. Style and use medium hold hairspray, to make sure the volume holds while you jingle all the way.
Sleek (+ silent) night:
Sleek looks can be done on day 1 or 3 but it's best to prep hair with a hydrating shampoo and conditioner, use a leave-in conditioner as well to really make sure the hair is smooth. Style hair, use a medium hold hairspray to hold back baby hairs and finish with ghost oil to get rid of frizz and polish off the look.
